The Business Process Management market is growing not only abroad, but also in Poland.

The Business Process Management market is growing not only abroad, but also in Poland. More and more companies decide to optimize their business processes using solutions of this kind. Businesses want to save more time and money, so they decide to introduce IT solutions that streamline and automate daily work. It is with them in mind that Polish IT companies offer modern BPM systems that effectively improve business development.
According to the Ipsos Mori report commissioned by Microsoft, as many as 72 percent of SMB managers know that technology has a positive impact on business operations[i]. In spite of that, many are reluctant to implement them. The enterpreneurs do not have enough knowledge of the benefits that BPM systems bring, they are concerned about changes in the company's organization and the reluctance of the staff who have no previous experience with this type of solutions.

However, dynamically growing Polish IT vendors are committed to meet their needs by introducing modern IT business solutions. They adapt to their customers’ needs, offering them world-class services. An example of a company that follows these modern trends is LoVo, a telecommunications services and Internet access provider. Its LoVo BPM Barbara system streamlines business processes, provides supervision over company departments, and facilitates the management of information flow. It minimizes costs, saves time and increases work efficiency, for which it was recognized with the IT LEADER 2016 award in the BPM Leader category during the IT FUTURE EXPO. This is not the first award received by LoVo. The LoVoX virtual PBX was also appreciated, winning the award in the Cloud Computing category. The company’s representatives received praise also during the 19th KIKE Conference, where they took home the KIKE Innovator award. In addition to awards, LoVo also wins more and more customers. The company signed more than 150 new contracts last year.
Both LoVo and many other companies make every effort to satisfy the Polish user and to offer a European service level. Although many enterpreneurs still put off the decision to introduce modern Business Process Management solutions, the forecasts look promising. It is estimated that the BPM market, now valued at 7 billion dollars, will double by 2021[i].
